Sonoma Sunshine, with its vibrant yellow blooms, once adorned the hills and valleys of Sonoma County, California. However, over the years, human activities and habitat destruction pushed this beautiful flower to the brink of extinction. In this collage painting, I wanted to immortalize its existence, to raise awareness and advocate for its protection.
