The Vanishing Canopy, 2022, 4:29, Film

The Vanishing Canopy calls attention to the dramatic reduction in tree cover the city of Los Angeles has experienced in the last twenty years and inspired by a 2017 study by USC’s Spatial Sciences Institute that used aerial imagery to track the deforestation of Los Angeles.
